Cancellation Policy:
Because of our small and seasonal business, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 DAYS PRIOR to arrival will result in the refund of ONE HALF of your payment. However, cancellations made within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the entire payment regardless of the reason.
Payment Requirements:
We require full payment in order to reserve the site or cabin you want. We are only accepting payments by check from our closing date in October until May 1st. After May 1st we are only able to accept credit cards for reservations over the phone. No credit card transactions for less than $25.00. You may pay by travelers check, cash or credit card in person but not by check. If a check taken for an advanced reservation does not clear you will be responsible for a $25 fee.
Site Occupancy Limitations:
In the interest of protecting our property and conserving water (which is supplied by only two wells) each site is for one tent / RV / camper or van only (a screen house is permitted if the site is large enough). We do have a few sites designed for two cars with a $10/night fee for that extra car. There is no doubling up-(i.e. 4 adults on a site). Sites are designed for families. If you have 2 adults and more than 2 children there is a $2/nite fee for a child 2yrs-18yrs. No more than 6 persons are allowed on any site. All of the above is to ensure the quietness and space you are looking for during your camping experience with us.
Site Changes:
There will be a $10 fee to change your site after your reservation is made. We do our best, given the information we receive from you, to place you in a site that you would like, however, situations do occur which are beyond our control. In such cases, management reserves the right to place you in a site of equal or greater value and to waive the site change fee.
If a camper wants to change their site, a $10 fee applies and the original site fee stays the same. Example: If a waterfront site was originally booked ($55) and the move is to a $39 a night site, the difference is not refunded and an additional $10 fee will be collected. If the site change goes the other way the camper will pay the difference. Example: If moving from a wooded $29 a night site to an electric or water view site ($39), if in a tent or van, the difference between the sites will be charged plus the $10 site change fee.
Cars
All cars in the campground must display a valid car tag. Vehicles that do not have one are subject to towing at the owners expense. Cars are not to be left on the shoreline unless you have a waterfront site and then they need to be parked in the designated spots.
Visitors
Must check into the office and get a car tag. 2 hours of visiting is free. Use of the pool is a $5/person charge. If visiting for more than 2 hours there is a $10/car fee plus $5/person for pool use. (visitors are friends of our patrons only, no persons just hanging out on the grounds).
Dumping Station:
Dumping fee for a pop-up/RV; under 20 feet is $10, between 20 feet and 30 feet is $15 and between 30 feet and 35 feet is $20. Please see the attendant in the office to make your payment and pick-up the key to the dumping station. This is an optional service we offer to our campers and you will be solely responsible for your dumping your waste water and cleaning up after you dump.
Fires / Wood:
DO NOT bring any wood from out of the area into our campground. Don’t give bugs a free ride! We have firewood available to buy at the camp store. Cutting trees or breaking branches off trees is prohibited. Please do not move fire rings. Campfires must be extinguished prior to being left unattended.
Dogs:
We do allow friendly dogs. Please leave your pooch at home if he/she is not good on a leash, around children or barks incessantly. We do not allow dogs in any of our cabins or in the pool area. Please be responsible with their waste and properly pick up after your pooches. Doggie poo bags are available in our camp store. Dogs must not be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times. Please be aware that if your dog(s) are acting aggressive, excessively barking or making other campers uncomfortable you will be asked to leave the campground with NO REFUND!
Children
Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children in the water, boat ramp, dock, pool and in the camping area. Children riding bikes need to wear helmets!

Washing dishes, clothes, dogs or port-a-toilets is not permitted in the restrooms or showers. Showers run on tokens which can be purchased at the office; $1 for 5 minutes of hot water. You may also get a refund for unused tokens from the office.
